Thank you for your request and your interest in having Steve Green come and minister with you. I would appreciate your filling out the Concert Booking Form (Acrobat 7+ Required) and returning it to me. This information will help us in coordinating Steve's future touring schedule. We schedule by geographical location because the ministry team travels in a bus. Presently 7 people travel on the road.
In selecting a concert venue, please consider the following items as a priority: location, stage size, seating style, parking, loading access to stage and familiarity with the public. We are open to public buildings, auditoriums, theaters, convention centers and churches.
As for a fee, it can be negotiated for each individual concert situation. Our objective is to meet the ministries' operating expenses per concert plus travel costs which include meals, lodging and transportation. Additional expenses to be considered include the facility rental, required personnel, insurance, stage greenery, promotion and some production. We ask you to provide volunteers to help with the set up and take down of the sound equipment (where permitted), sales of our record product, ushers, ticket takers and other areas of need.
We review all the requests that we receive and keep them for future reference. As we schedule tours through your area and have dates to offer, we would like to contact you. We look forward to ministering with you as the Lord allows.
