When will I receive my order?
Your order will ship within 1-3 business days from the time the order is placed. Please be aware that we cannot guarantee same-day shipping. Even if you select UPS Next Day Air, it may take up to 3 business days (weekdays, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays) for processing before it will ship. After processing time, shipping time will be based on the selected delivery option.
What if I need a RUSH order?
Rush orders are no longer available since we now process our track orders more frequently. We process and ship our out-of-print tracks within 1-3 business days. If you need a track right away, please select the appropriate shipping method on the online order form (as you are checking out): UPS 3 Day Select, UPS 2nd Day Air or UPS Next Day Air.
If you have a special request (for example, you need the track shipped today for a tomorrow delivery), please call our office at 615-662-0335 and we will accommodate your request as best we can.
What if I order an out of print track and an in print track on the same order?
Out of print tracks are shipped from a location different from all other product. All orders will be fully processed within 1-3 business days.
Are there any performance tracks available for the Hide'em In Your Heart albums?
No, there are only songbooks, CDs and DVD’s available.
What if I want a specific song in a performance track that is not listed on the website?
Only the songs listed on our website are available for purchase as performance tracks. Special requests cannot be granted.
What if I have a song that I would like to have Steve listen to for consideration?
Although we realize there are many gifted musicians who would like to have their songs heard, we do not have the staff available to listen to music submitted to our office for consideration.
Please note:
- Occasionally Steve will appear on an album with other artists but we do not sell those albums or performance tracks. Please contact your local Christian bookstore for these recordings.
- Background vocals are included with all tracks as recorded on the album. We cannot offer tracks without these vocals.
